Notice**** Due to Covid-19 the United States Postal Service has been experiencing severe delays. Processing and shipping times may be longer we ask for your patience. Processing time is 2 to 5 business days, weekends and holidays do not count as business days. 

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier Asali Beauty is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once tracking information has been provided please refer to the carrier for questions pertaining to your shipment. This is apart of our Terms and Conditions. By placing an order with Asali Beauty you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. 

 

Any products that were damaged in transit can be replaced if applicable. Please send photos and description of damaged products to asalibeautyco@gmail.com
